I'm passionate about enabling people and teams to overcome barriers in order to achieve optimal performance.

Clients are empowered to take responsibility for their own learning and development.

I am an ECMM Coach Mentor, a Chartered Member of the CIPD and I am accredited to deliver Insights Discovery.

I am a very keen gardener and love spending my free time outside.  I am based in Dorset but love working with people and teams across the UK.
